Poker Etiquette
- All games are table stakes.
- English is the only language during the play of the hand.
- Only one player per hand allowed.
- Any table changes must notify shift supervisor.
- Any person leaving table for 30 minutes or more will forfeit their seat to next person on list.
- All money placed in the pot stays in the pot.
- Once pot is out of play no decision can be rendered.
- Only one short buy-in between full buys permitted.
- Player must have a full buy-in when changing games, unless moving from a broken game. If your moving breaks the game you must have a full buy-in.
- Players must act on their hands in turn. Verbal commitments made in turn are binding. Acting on a hand out of turn could be binding.
- If a player miscalls their hand and causes another to discard theirs, the miscalling player cannot win the pot.
- Players are not allowed to verbally speculate on another players hand.
- Blind chopping is not permitted.
POKER HAND VALUES
- Royal Flush: 5 cards of the same suit in sequence, ace being the highest card.
- Straight flush:5 cards of the same suit in sequence.
- Four of a Kind: 4 cards of the same rank.
- Full House: 3 cards of the same rank and 2 cards the same of another rank.
- Flush: 5 cards in same suit.
- Straight: 5 cards in sequence.
- 3 of a Kind: 3 cards of the same face value.
- 2 Pair: 2 cards of the same face value plus 2 other cards of the same face value.
- 1 Pair: Any two cards of the same face value.
- High card: Highest card in the hand.
JACKPOT INFORMATION
- Hold’em: Aces full Queens or better beaten by four of a kind or better. Both hole cards must play.
- Mini Aces: Aces full of dueces thru Jacks beaten by four of a kind or better. Both hole cards must play.
- High Stud: Four of a kind or better must be beaten.
- Low Stud:A hand of 6,4,3,2,1 must be beaten.
- Omaha: Four fives or better.
In all jackpot games, 50% of the posted jackpot goes to the loser of the hand 25% of the posted hand goes to the winner of the hand. The remaining 25% is divided equally among the remaining players. The board takes precedent in the event of a high card tie. If two or more players contend for the Bad Beat, the best hand wins.
